All items at Sielle & Sienna arepersonally handpicked and imported from trusted European brands and suppliers. We carefully curate each piece for its craftsmanship, quality fabrics, and timeless design, ensuring it meets our standards for babywear.
How long does delivery take within Sri Lanka?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
You will be notified once your order is on its way.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist with a replacement or exchange, subject to availability.
For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Certain items may not be eligible for return — details will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
